Terms & Conditions
- All orders are subject to acceptance by the supplier
- Goods supplied in accordance with the customer’s order cannot be returned for credit.
- Standard warranty rules & conditions apply. If a returned product is found not to be faulty a fee to cover freight & charges imposed by the checking technician may be imposed.
- Prices shall be charged as they appear on the day of order.
- All orders shall be dispatched within 5 to 15 days of placement of order to allow the clearance of cheques & credit card orders. The customer will be notified if the order cannot be dispatched during this period for circumstances beyond the control of the supplier.
- A $55 fee (gst inclusive) per cheque will apply for all dishonoured cheques.
- If paying by credit card, the order form with details correctly filled out must be either faxed, e-mailed or posted to the supplier.
- For all orders within Australia a freight charge of $9.95 will apply for all orders under $300 inclusive of GST.
- No claims other than warranty will be accepted unless made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
- If the online price is lower than the instore price, the lower price will only apply to orders placed online.
- All international orders must be accompanied by a colour copy of the customer's credit card (both a front & back view) showing the credit card number & cardholder's signature. This is to stamp out credit card fraud & protect both the cardholder & Bay Park Photos. This is only needed for the first order. All credit card references are deleted as soon as they are received & verified.
- All orders for less than $20 (including freight) & paid for by credit card will attract a 5% credit card processing fee.
